This course will provide attendees with the requisite knowledge of building construction types, methods, materials, hazards, and operational considerations that fire officers and firefighters need to acquire to achieve success on the fireground. Fire officers who attend the program will meet the 12-hour building construction training requirements for Fire Officer 1 Certification in New Jersey. 

Course Description: ICS-300 provides training and resources for personnel who require advanced knowledge and application of the ICS. This course expands upon information covered in the ICS-100 and ICS-200 courses.

Audience: The target audience for this course includes senior personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity at an incident or event. This includes individuals who may serve as Incident Commander or as members of the Command or General Staff, Area Command, or Multiagency Coordination Group/Emergency Operations Center (EOC) management. 

Class Time: Approximately 24 Hours

Prerequisite: ICS-100, ICS 200

 

Brick EMS/Rescue TEMS members have developed this 16-hour course to provide the skills and knowledge necessary to implement the RTF concept with-in your oragnization. This course along with TECC and ASIM will lay the ground work based off our own experience and trainings from all over the country. A balanced mixed between classroom and hands-on, our RTS Ops course utilizes multple approaches to reach students of different disciplines and learning styles. This course is open to Police, Fire, EMS and Dispacth personnel with the main goal of tying it all together across the emergency services disciplines.

The Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) program is based on the principals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and meets the guidlines established by the Committee on Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (CoTECC).  The course teaches civilian tactical EMS; any EMS practitioner called upon to respond to a mass casuallty or active shooter event.
